Change by Design: Success Stories.

  • Empathy’s Edge recently designed and facilitated a dynamic, accessible webinar for busy professionals seeking to understand and apply AI tools in their daily work. From educators and nonprofit leaders to entrepreneurs and side-hustlers, participants explored practical, low-lift ways to integrate AI for content creation, task automation, and strategic efficiency. The session also tackled common fears and misconceptions around AI, including concerns about bias and job displacement, demystifying the technology through real talk, ethical framing, and hands-on examples.

    The session earned a 95% “highly recommended” satisfaction rating and was praised for its clarity, affordability, and relevance. By centering the real needs of mission-driven professionals across sectors, Empathy’s Edge created a learning space that felt empowering, not overwhelming. The success of the event sparked demand for a follow-up session, further proving that people thrive when you make emerging tools accessible, inclusive, and human-centered.

  • Empathy’s Edge partnered with Leading Light Publishing to co-create the Power of the Pen Writers’ Webinar—a dynamic, skill-building session designed to help participants elevate their writing both personally and professionally. This collaboration brought together expert insights across publishing, strategy, and storytelling, making high-level guidance accessible to aspiring writers, educators, and creative professionals.

    Participant Deirdre Reyes captured the heart of the event: “The session was thoughtfully designed, engaging, inclusive, and rich with practical tools that sparked inspiration and action… It wasn’t just a presentation, it was a collaborative space that honored our voices, nurtured our stories, and equipped us with strategies to elevate our writing practice.” That’s the power of partnerships rooted in purpose: turning knowledge into empowerment, and insight into momentum.

  • Empathy’s Edge partnered with software company ASI to elevate its brand and expand its social impact reach which sparked a powerful collaboration that extended far beyond design. Through strategic guidance and mission alignment, Empathy’s Edge connected ASI with New Endeavors, a women’s shelter seeking to build a career center for its residents. What began as a branding engagement grew into a community transformation.

    Together, ASI and New Endeavors, with support from Empathy’s Edge, delivered over $200,000 in computer equipment, supplies, and in-kind services. ASI employees also volunteered their time, offering tutoring in computer literacy, programming, and job training. It’s a reminder that when we help people meet their goals with purpose and creativity, we create space to help others rise, too.
