PROPOSALS & PROJECT PLANS

Q. How might we transform dense, text-heavy proposals into inviting, visually engaging presentations that win complex, high-stakes work?

A. This project showcases excerpts from four confidential proposals. Due to confidentiality and volume, only select front covers, back covers, and interior spreads are shown. Through multi-layered visual hierarchy, strategic color systems, and purposeful composition, extensive 40–100 page proposals were transformed to clarify complex project plans, elevate partnership value, securing more than $28 million in awarded work across capital projects, strategic partnerships, and multi-year initiatives.

DELIVERABLES

  • Custom-designed, branded proposal systems for complex, multi-million-dollar initiatives

  • Visual hierarchy and layout design for long-form proposals (40–100 pages)

  • Custom data visualizations, charts, and graphs to clarify impact and outcomes

  • Original illustrations and iconography to support storytelling and readability

  • Cohesive visual narratives aligning strategy, scope, and partner value
