In August 2025, we partnered with the Free Library of Philadelphia and the Eastern Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office to design and facilitate a reentry simulation for employers and community organizations. The interactive experience provided participants with a firsthand understanding of the barriers individuals returning from incarceration face when seeking employment, housing, and stability. Through thoughtful design, structured storytelling, and guided reflection, the simulation fostered empathy, informed hiring practices, and strengthened cross-sector collaboration to support more inclusive workforce pathways across the region.
